Junk food going straight to hips?
So since its been the holidays I find myself having really bad eating days twice a week. I would say they have been at the binge level because all of the food is around. I would gain the obvious water weight and then my weight would go back to normal. I am 18 years old, 5'2 and 100 pounds. And today I had my fourth binge over the the past 2 weeks and I ate a cookie, chocolate covered banana with peanut er, then mindlessly snacked on rasin bran and almonds. My stomach hurts but I know that once I hit the gym tomorrow and get back to normal eating the weight will go back to normal but my question is with all of this bad food intake show on me physicallly? I'm a fairly lean person work out for at least an hour 6 times a week (although today 30 minutes) and worried about this junk ending up on my hips, thighs, and . Thanks
