Short people, do you kind of feel envious when younger people are taller than you?

I do, like for example my mom's friend asked how old I was I said 17 and she said 'oh my granddaughter is 12 and she's 5'6' I'm a female by the way. And I'm 17 and only 5'0 1/2 do you get bothered when people younger than you are taller?
