Why does everyone on my Aunt's network get booted off?

Thats kind of weird that would happen, seems like to me that when the firewall is detecting a program that searches for an external IP address, it cuts off. You might want to check your firewall settings on the main computer where the router is hooked up to. Also you might have to update the firmware on the router itself...their customer support can walk you through what to do.
