I like him... does he likes me? what should I do? Plz help me!?

there is this guy that i like but idk if he likes me back! this is what he does all of the time. stares at me alot. stares at me at the dances. does not talk to me but if he has no choice but to he doesnt dare look at me. he laughs if i scream bc i get scared. if i sit at a lunch table that is near the snack bar then he will go to the snack bar like 10 times no joke! for no reason wat so ever and he would go to get a drink even tho he has one when the water fountain is right next to me. his friends tell me to go and sharpen my pencil when he is right next to it and they start to smile at him. if he is looking at me and i look back at him he looks away and then when i look away he looks back.when he does talk to me bc he has no choice but to he speaks really low.he goes to the bathroom to put colone on in the cl that i sit next to him[well at least i dont smell it at first but then when he comes back i do] there is more things but there isnt enough room to put it all.does he like me?
