Hip-hop dance music?

Just got a new sound system and I need new music to buy, what are some of the newer hip hop tracks they play at the clubs these days? particularly the songs the ladies like to dance to (like flo-rida). I find I like a lot of em too but I don't know the names/artists. Thanks
