Can i download a song that was sent to me in a email message,,,,,?

can i ,,,,or how would i download a song that was sent to me by e-mail to my cell phone, when i downloaded the song from my e-mail,,a winamp screen came up and started to play the song,,,is there some way i can download it to my cell phone from the winamp program,,or how can i save it ,,and download it later ,,,if that is possible,,its a song by elton john-eric clapton called-- runaway train,,,it really a great song and would like to have it on my phone ,,,pls help,,if you can ,,,thk u
