Adjustment help on carburetor?

its a Motorcraft 2150 2 barrel for a 85 Bronco II, I rebuilt it when I didnt have a lot of experience but there wasnt a lot to the thing, But it runs very rich all the time and my mpg SUCKS! Im pretty sure its something to do with the carb Ive got the mixtures set right Im sure but I messed with the choke pull of and I messed with the electric choke I have no Idea where they were set b4 how can I check them and be sure( its runs great It just has a shaky idle and burn way too much gas and is rich all the time)
