Why does Hillary always feel like she needs to alter the rules when things don't go her way.?

She was happy with the rules in Florida and Michigan as long as she thought its was her coronatio. She losses caucuses so now they aren't really voters. she losses Red states so they should not count. Same with small states. And now Texas rules are unfair. Same rules everyone agreed were fair from the start. I suppose when she loses there Texas shouldn't count either. Boo F'ing hoo.
