Why do people want to slander someone with an answer on this website.?

I asked a question a few minutes ago and I got insulted by someone who doesn't know anything about me, I made that question for advice, not to have my spirits lowered and feel like ****. I also no one would say that to me in real life because they would be knocked out in 1 second. so pretty much, why? Is it because they have no life?
