What some none main stream modern kung fu movies?

I am wanting to watch some good modern Kung Fu movies preferably hong kong movies. I am looking for none main stream or popular ones I would have already heard of like: crouching THD, KF hustle, Shao Lin soccer, Karat Kid, Panda, Hero(or any thing with Jet Li) etc...I am looking for modern movies like mid or late 90's to present, just with good cinematography and style. I know I've put a lot of restrictions here but I am looking for stuff that hasn't maybe been tainted by Hype and mainstream.
