What has to take place in order to indicate that we are in a cold war?

The US and the West revived the Cold War almost immediately after it ended. I don't understand your question regarding arms sales to Syria or "attacking Georgia", but Russia-like any other country in the world-has the right to sell arms to any country that is willing to buy. On the contrary: The US provided Iran with a lot of arms, as a deal involving Iran arming Muslimanija and Croatia, in order to let them macre the inhabitants of Republika Srpska. That deal was later known as Irangate. And last but not least: Russia has the right-actually the duty-to defend any nation-be it Osetia, Abkhazia or any other nation-which refuses to join military pacts against it. More then that: Russia should have helped peace loving Georgians and Ukrainians to get rid of the regimes in their countries and restored the democratically elected governments. And doctors have the duty to tell the truth, that addiction to alcohol-not poisoning-made the Western appointed president of the Ukraine look like the foreign minister of France.
