How do you print on a Memorex Printable CD-R?

I purchased a spindle of Memorex Cd-R's. It came with 5 Memorex Printable CD-Rs. There were no instructions on how to print the CDs, just a coupon. I've surfed the Memorex website, but can't seem to find any instructions.
