Can logo be both trademarked and a copyright?
This hypothetical is in consideration of Boston Professional Hockey ociation v. Dallas Cap and Emblem Mfg., Inc., 510 F.2d 1004 (5th Cir. 1975). If a sports team logo is sufficiently artistic to be normally copyrighted as a visual expression, can if also be filed with the trademark office?
