Can I install any Video Card on my Dell Desktop?

sounds like a pretty good deal. the integrated graphics thing means theres no graphics card and it uses your system ram. the graphics card they sell is prolly $40 overpriced. you can buy a graphics card from www.newegg.com or the ATI or NVIDIA sites. you need to check the compatibility with your motherboard for the graphics card. you can email someone from the sites to help you. if you have never installed new parts into a computer it may be hard but I know NVIDIA gives free support or something.
