Acne scars? Red dots left after breakouts? HELP1!!?

okay well i have a couple acne scars :(( theyll leftover's from zits, lik theyre red n wont go away >.< I use clinque's acne step system but it doesnt help!! Dx you can even see it through foundation and concealer idk wat to do :( what can i do to make them go away !! i want to be able to go outside and not be afraid to go out without my foundation >.<
